Requests without proper details may take longer to process.

  • Request you to ship the product back securely

Products must be properly packed to prevent damage in transit.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
