3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• A nominal fee applies to orders below this threshold.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for most products.
• COD is not available for bulk orders above ₹10,000.

5. Courier Partners

• In case of delays beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.), we will notify you promptly.

6. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
